Quantitative Sociobiology Manuscript Beta 1.4 is out!

Latest addition of the upcoming book

In this edition, the chapter On the Origins of Leftism was fleshed out. I also got an editor who is tying most of the writing together for me and smoothing out the style.

Future plans are:

• Flesh out the memetics chapter more with a population-genetics style models and some better estimates of m^2 and dm/dt for leftism.

• Complete a a chapter on social power, dominance, and dictatorship vs. democracy (“exousiology”). I am interested in how to predict and define common social structures (democracy vs. autocracy and so on), how these vary based on population genetics, predicting power / latent status based on heritable traits like IQ and conscientiousness, etc.

• Complete a chapter on political agency (how to effectively achieve political goals) and applications of the knowledge in the book.

Hopefully the first two of these will be mostly done by the next iteration. Here is the link for paid subscribers:
