Throwing this out there. From a physics perspective one could postulate that migration is driven by energy gradients; i.e. humans migrate to where the steepest energy gradient exists .. currently in the West/developed world. As the West’s access to cheap energy declines there’ll be less of an energy gradient for migrants to dissipate. As the West gets poorer its attractiveness will decline, because it’s a lot colder and living there In poverty is much more challenging. Just a thought ..
Telling people to have more kids doesn't work. Even with state support, Hungary can't make people have that many more kids.. And without stopping mass migration, DEI and the like it's too expensive for most people to have kids anyway. The only way it's been done historically is becoming a Joseph Smith type of character who starts a religious cult, the idealist + elite theory method.
Regardless of how unlikely political solutions may or may not be, it would be a lot more historically normal than birthrates becoming high enough within the next 4 or 5 generations to make a difference. And multiple generations from now might just be too late for technological/tyrannical reasons.

More babies is good, but a coherent culture (where culture is fundamentally ethnic) is necessary for political strength. This can happen with or without the invasion stopped, but regardless just having babies can not be enough. The focus on the criminal invasion, among other things, serves as a natural (given the shared consequences) cultural Schelling point. It is as important, if not more important, than having babies, as it does us real harm to have our own blood, unprotected by a collective consciousness, being abused to the benefit of our enemies.
The major obstacles to this are no-fault divorce, integral gender violence law 2004 (see Spain), courts favouring mothers over shared custody, abortion, etc... with this things the probability of success is negative
