I once considered heavily doing a PhD program in my given field. The more I think it over now, especially with this data, I’m less and less interested.
In my family all said to "become a public servant" then I reply "I don't like to be a parasyte", I have already a work in the private sector it doesn't give much mone now but is still better than that
This is all based on the assumption that billionaires’ iq distribution is L(135/10), evidence of this is crucial. Otherwise it’s garbage in - garbage out like most analytics. The margins are so close, even if you change the SD keeping the same mean of 135 this analysis won’t hold up.
Also it’s better to do it for a larger sample size of HNWI (30 million+).

This is very true. Academia is oppressive and exploitative so there are moral upsides to dropping out of the system ASAP, money aside.

Do you intend to finish the PhD?
