Curtis Yarvin was an SMPY kid, right?

It's pretty interesting how popular brightness cohorts often don't turn out to be super duper intelligent. MENSA is probably 117 on average, Ivy Leaguers are in the 120s, and SMPY kids are 132 avg. Most people who claim an IQ above 160 are also relying on very weak evidence ex: Chris Langan

Framed like this SMPY actually achieved their goal: being an SD above MENSA.

It's just everyone is overstating their IQ by 15 points.

I remember some Sinoboo who wrote for Aporia tried to claim that China's bureaucracy was comprised mostly of 140+ IQ individuals, based on the competitive civil service exams and high school standardized tests they have over there. I think, however, if someone actually looked into it they would find an even more severe case of what is seen in the SMPY and American Ivies, because apparently people will work themselves to death studying for those things and corruption/cheating is rampant
